GROUP CLASSES

Group classes are taught at Mind In Body and are 1 1/2 hours in length. A student may leave when they like but it is important he or she show up on time. The class begins with a specific warm up that prepares the student’s body for the movement.

Group Class Fees

Single class - $18
Series of 5 classes* - $80 (save $10)
Series of 10 classes* - $150 (save $30)
Series of 20 classes* - $260 (save $100)

*Series must be used within 60 days
